A fast-growing beauty brand at a pivotal stage of its journey is looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Director to join its London-based leadership team. This is a high-impact role, sitting at the heart of the business, with real influence over how the brand scales globally. You’ll lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement strategy, ensuring the business is set up for sustainable, efficient growth while maintaining the quality and agility the brand is known for.
The Role
- You’ll take ownership of the full supply chain and procurement function—from sourcing and supplier partnerships through to production, logistics, and delivery.
- Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the operational backbone of the business as it continues to expand across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the global supply chain and procurement strategy.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
