NEON are exclusively partnered with a High Profile Fashion Publisher & Affiliates Platform hiring a number of roles for the Global Team including Senior Partnerships Manager to join the London HQ. This is a dynamic opportunity working with an entrepreneurial and ambitious team driving an exciting new global strategy, developing the US market and revenue goals for further international expansion.
You will be coming in to drive new business, sales revenue and campaigns identifying opportunities to create meaningful partnerships to elevate the publisher's positioning further and drive international growth with high profile fashion, beauty & lifestyle brands. You will be working in a similar commercially focused role with sales and partnerships at the core of its scope and be well networked within the arena.
Overall responsibility will be varied to cover a number of areas including:
- Developing the Global Partnership Strategy
- Building & Developing new relationships, driving them with global fashion brand partners
- Deal Negotiation and Execution
- Identifying and driving partnership agreements from end to end, negotiation and finalising of commercial elements to support growth
- Working with Global Team, developing relationships and ensuring partnerships are executed with a collaborative approach
- Keeping abreast of the competitor landscape and developing market intelligence that is meaningful for the platform in its partnership opportunities
- ROI - working with internal teams on reporting and analytics to measure KPIs, looking at data to measure success
- Driving Innovation and Creativity within new business

You are currently working in a similar role in Partnerships within Luxury / Fashion / Display Media. You are a first-class negotiator, with a can-do approach in deal-making. You have a global approach and perspective in everything you do. You are able to think creatively and strategically within a global business with an entrepreneurial approach in making things happen. You are renowned for your interpersonal and communication skills.
