Weโ€™re partnering with a bold and globally recognised alternative fashion brand to find a results-driven, data-led Head of Digital Marketing to lead their global e-commerce growth strategy. This is a senior leadership opportunity to own the digital roadmap for a brand that dares to do things differently โ€” with performance and analytics at the heart of everything. Youโ€™ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through a digital ecosystem powered by insight, innovation, and measurable ROI. If youโ€™re an expert in performance marketing with a passion for scaling e-commerce channels, optimising digital touchpoints, and leading with data โ€” this is the role for you. Performance & Channel Ownership Own digital performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, SEO, CRM, and App โ€“ ensuring efficient spend and strong return on investment. Drive advanced segmentation, automation, and lifecycle strategies through CRM (Klaviyo), increasing frequency, retention, and lifetime value. Oversee performance reporting across all digital channels โ€“ delivering actionable insights that directly influence commercial decision-making. Data, Insights & Continuous Optimisation Champion a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, CRO, and behavioural analysis to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates. Lead weekly, monthly, and campaign-level reporting, translating complex data into clear, commercial actions. Leverage tools like Shopify Plus, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Klaviyo to track, test, and refine performance marketing strategies. Digital Strategy & Leadership Define and deliver a global digital marketing strategy focused on aggressive growth targets and measurable results. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align digital efforts with overall commercial, creative, and operational priorities. Build and lead a high-performing digital team spanning CRM, Paid Media, E-commerce Trading, Influencer, and CX. A proven track record of scaling DTC brands through data-led digital marketing strategies. Deep expertise in performance marketing, with hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical capabilities โ€” you know your way around data, tools, and dashboards, and can turn metrics into meaningful growth. Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and other leading digital tools. A commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand integrity and aggressive growth targets. Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary digital teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Hybrid working model โ€“ 3 days onsite at the brandโ€™s Brighton HQ, 2 days remote.
