We are partnering confidentially with a fast-growing luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand to appoint a creative and commercially minded Social Media Manager based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium, experience-led business with a highly engaged global audience. As the brand continues to scale, they are looking for a social expert who can elevate their digital presence, strengthen community engagement and drive measurable growth.
The Role
- Developing and executing the global social media strategy
- Owning content planning and editorial calendars across key channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms)
- Driving audience growth, engagement and brand awareness
- Overseeing content creation — from briefing creative to managing copy and publishing
- Analysing performance data to optimise campaigns and report on KPIs
- Managing paid social campaigns in collaboration with digital teams
- Building partnerships with influencers, ambassadors and brand collaborators
- Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant
About You
- Proven experience in a Social Media Manager role within luxury, travel, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Strong creative eye with an understanding of premium brand positioning
- Highly analytical with experience tracking performance and optimising campaigns
- Experience managing both organic and paid social strategies
- Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone and detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passionate about storytelling and building meaningful online communities
