Neon Search is proud to be partnering with a bold, high-growth fashion brand as they expand their digital presence internationally. We are searching for a Head of Ecommerce & Marketing – a commercially minded, creative leader to drive global online growth and brand performance. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing the ecommerce strategy while also overseeing marketing and digital brand storytelling. You will sit at the intersection of trading, tech, and creative β€” driving results while championing brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the global ecommerce and digital marketing strategy
  • Lead all aspects of online trading, performance, and DTC optimisation
  • Oversee digital marketing, including paid media, CRM, SEO, and retention
  • Shape brand positioning and campaign strategy across digital channels
  • Improve onsite UX, customer journey, and conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, tech, and brand teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing ecommerce and marketing team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior ecommerce and/or marketing leadership role
  • A track record of scaling DTC businesses, ideally within fashion or youth lifestyle
  • Strong analytical mindset with creative instincts
  • Hands-on leader who can operate strategically and tactically
  • Deep understanding of global ecommerce platforms, tools, and digital trends

Location: Hybrid role based in the South East – Hybrid model, 3 Days office and 2 from Home.
