They’re building something special: a creative, customer-first business with exceptional traction across the UK and internationally. Stocked by major retailers and backed by a loyal community, the brand is growing fast — and now needs a sharp, commercially minded operator to help drive the next phase of scale.
As Head of Commercial & Operations , you’ll be the engine room of the business — leading across Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial Strategy.
Reporting into the founders, you’ll own day-to-day operations while shaping long-term commercial decisions — ensuring the business scales efficiently, profitably, and with clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and margin analysis
- Own relationships with 3PL partners and oversee global fulfilment & returns
- Align operations with Buying, Merch, and Product for seamless delivery
- Manage the Customer Service team and champion customer experience
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and drive performance
- Help bring structure, data, and rigour to a creative, fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of unit economics
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer e-commerce (ideally in a scale-up or DTC model)
- Background in operations, logistics, finance, or commercial leadership
- Hands-on mindset and ability to move between detail and strategy with ease
- Strong communicator and natural cross-functional collaborator
- Based in or around Manchester (4 days in-office preferred)
