The NEON team works with a portfolio of high-profile clients spanning Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle including Travel & Hospitality globally. We are currently partnering with a Luxury Group focused on Lifestyle/Travel on their search for a creative and commercial Global Social Media Manager. This is a high-profile role working with Senior Leaders in the group to drive a global engagement strategy across their brands.
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager with 360 experience in all channels and ideally have a background working in Luxury/Travel/Lifestyle in-house or agency side.
- Strategy and Planning: You will need to work collaboratively with the global team and markets to establish global social media channels for the brand.
- Paid Social: This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with Media, regional teams and agencies to develop effective, full-funnel, market-specific paid social campaigns.
- Content: Developing content, you will work with the global teams and markets to oversee a comprehensive social content calendar for global channels, ensuring integration of key campaigns, global and local press and influencer activations, events, product launches and other marketing efforts in line with business objectives & global organic social strategies.
- Community Management: Adept at overseeing communities, you will be well-versed to provide guidance and oversight to the team who will be responsible for engaging with incoming comments and DMs across platforms.
- Influencers: You will be working closely with the Global Communications Director to develop and implement KOL, VIP and influencer strategy, in collaboration with regional Communications teams.
- Reporting and Stakeholder Management / Measurement and KPIs: As a data and insights-driven SM Manager, you will set measurable and robust KPIs for all social channels and work with the performance agency to implement social reporting framework, KPIs, metrics and deliverables to analyse and report on performance of day-to-day channels, campaigns, launches.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: You will be brilliant at building relationships able to collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales, product, and client relations) to ensure a unified brand voice and alignment with business goals.
