This is an established luxury brand seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead their global strategy. The role will be varied, cross categories and markets and will see you work within a dynamic and entrepreneurial trading environment.
WHO ARE YOU?
Currently you are an experienced Ecommerce Professional with a 360 mindset, with a proven track record in driving successful customer acquisition and CRO in a fast-paced trading team. You will bring relevant experience ideally in luxury categories and a hands-on entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced, creative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Driving the Trading / Ecommerce Strategy, leading a small in-house team
- Strategic planning and implementation of key projects
- Partnering Digital Marketing Team to support driving sales activity for ecommerce
- Drive brand engagement and CRO, continuously enhancing website performance and customer experience
- Overseeing the online journey, oversee all activity across product, campaigns and imagery
- Management of external partners and agencies
- Monthly reporting across the board, commercial acumen and an analytical mindset
- Shopify platform skills useful along with Wordpress CMS
YOU WILL NEED:
This is an integral role within the business. We need high energy candidates that can demonstrate relevant attributes to drive further success within the ecommerce unit. You must bring solid ecommerce / trading experience, strong ROI track record, commercial acumen and trading at pace. You will thrive in an autonomous role, fast-paced team and have aspirations to drive growth of a well-established brand within luxury. Leadership skills and the ability to work from a London, centrally located Luxury HQ are essential.
