CRM/VIP Lead Role -Global Luxury Fashion Brand - London
At NEON SEARCH We have an exciting opportunity with a high-profile luxury fashion brand to join their London HQ Marketing team.
Working with this dynamic team you will be part of a fast paced department as part of a cross functional team driving the global CRM strategy & insights activity in partnership with their VIP Client relations special events.
You will ideally come from a luxury retail & CRM focused background and bring an in-depth knowledge of understanding Data / Customer demographics that align to driving market share and revenue growth for the brand across top tier clients and developing the CRM strategy, emails and automations alongside an in-house analyst and external email agency,
We are seeking an expert driver that has a highly customer relationship / sales focused & analytical mind along with solid experience in CRM / Clienteling and a strong technical understanding, ideally in salesforce marketing cloud.
You will ideally have worked across all areas of CRM within a marketing team previously.
You will be operating at Manager / Lead level within a global brand and be confident in developing strategic CRM plans & nurturing VIP / Top Tier Client relationships.
