Stocked by retail heavyweights such as Selfridges, ASOS, and Next, their growth has been entirely self-funded — built on drive, vision, and serious commercial smarts.

Now, they’re looking for a Commercial & Operations Manager to help take things to the next level.

✨ About the Role

This is a senior leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, finance, and strategy. You’ll be the glue that keeps commercial operations smooth, scalable, and smart — driving clarity across the business while ensuring every moving part is aligned with growth.

You’ll partner closely with the founders and leadership team, freeing them up to focus on brand and growth while you own the engine room: from financial oversight and logistics to customer experience and stock planning.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Own weekly/monthly financial reporting and work with internal accountants to ensure insight-led clarity.
• Lead cashflow management, forecasting, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee all things operations — from 3PL and global logistics, to packaging, returns, and freight.
• Partner with Buying & Merch to drive stock planning, margin control, and smart forecasting.
• Manage customer service through your leadership of the existing team lead.
• Drive high-impact commercial projects to improve margin, reduce cost, and scale efficiently.
• Be a trusted thought partner across the senior team, guiding commercial decision-making with rigour.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a fast-paced DTC or fashion ecommerce environment.
• Operational and financial savvy — you understand the unit economics and logistics behind the growth.
• Strong experience working with 3PLs, logistics partners, and cross-border operations.
• Excel ninja with a love of detail and clarity.
• Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit — someone who sees inefficiencies and fixes them.
• You’re hands-on, fast-moving, collaborative and love making things work better.
