We are partnering with an exciting fashion brand based in London to recruit a Head of Online Merchandising to lead and elevate the digital trading and merchandising strategy across multiple online channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven and highly analytical ecommerce leader who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and understands how to create exceptional online customer journeys that drive both engagement and conversion.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will own the online merchandising strategy, ensuring the brand delivers a best-in-class digital experience whilst maximising sales, profitability, and product performance. You will lead a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Buying, Planning, Marketing, and Creative teams to optimise trading performance and customer experience.
- Define and deliver the online merchandising strategy across all digital platforms
- Drive online sales, conversion, AOV, and customer engagement through effective product placement and trading initiatives
- Analyse customer behaviour, trading performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead weekly trade reporting, performance reviews, and actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and CRM teams to support campaign launches and seasonal activations
- Manage and develop a talented online merchandising team
- Ensure seamless execution of launches, promotions, and key trading moments
- Champion a customer-first approach across the ecommerce journey
Proven experience within Online Merchandising or Ecommerce leadership within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of digital trading KPIs. Analytical mindset with experience using trading and analytics tools. Passionate about customer experience and digital innovation.
