UNHW Business Development Manager - Luxury / Lifestyle London This is an exciting newly created role with a high profile luxury lifestyle brand with a London HQ, centred on developing and executing a clear commercial strategy to generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with sales teams to identify, nurture, and convert prospects into clients .Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently engage both individual clients and corporate organisations, seamlessly adapting your approach to suit each . You will be working on a range on activity including : Design and implement annual and quarterly strategies to identify and secure new client opportunit iesProactively research and target prospective clients, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified lea ds.Leverage Corporate, Institutional, Club, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) networks to uncover new business opportuniti es.Utilise the existing client database in collaboration with sales teams to re-engage and develop relationships with past clien ts.Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets through effective pipeline manageme nt.Engage directly with prospective clients through one-to-one interactions, delivering a high-touch, personalised experien ce. We are looking for:A strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach to execut ion.Proven experience in business development, ideally within luxury brands and working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HN WI).Self-motivated, ambitious, and highly driven to achieve resu lts.Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse industr ies.Demonstrable track record of delivering measurable business outco mes.Collaborative mindset, with experience working effectively across departments and a genuine interest in the wider busin ess.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all lev els.
