At Neon Search, we partner with some of the most exciting brands in the fashion and lifestyle industry to connect them with top-tier talent. We are currently supporting a globally recognised brand in their search for a Reward & Benefits Manager to join their People team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s culture, values, and business objectives. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing compensation frameworks, benefits programmes, and recognition initiatives that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver reward strategies that drive employee engagement and business performance.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits enhancements in line with market trends.
  • Oversee the company’s pension, healthcare, and wellbeing offerings, ensuring competitiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on benchmarking, job evaluations, and market insights to shape future initiatives.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure reward and benefits align with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices in reward and benefits.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Reward & Benefits role within a fast-paced, consumer-led business.
  • Strong understanding of global employment law, taxation, and compensation frameworks.
  • Confident in leading salary benchmarking and pay structure development.
  • Experience working with external suppliers and benefits providers.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
