Neon Rocks Agency is looking for a thoughtful, capable and highly organised Website & Digital Content Specialist to join our Brighton-based marketing agency. This is a hands-on digital role for someone who enjoys bringing order, polish and precision to creative work. You will be involved in website projects, social media design, content formatting, proofreading, AI-supported workflows, data tracking and digital delivery.

We work with serious professionals across healthcare, aesthetics, wellness and specialist services, so the work needs to be intelligent, careful and well executed. Our clients trust us with sensitive subject matter, expert reputations and complex projects. That means we take the detail seriously.

We are looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, enjoys learning, and is excited by the idea of growing within a specialist agency known for high standards, clear methodology and careful client delivery.

What the role involves:

  • Support with building, updating and refining mainly Squarespace websites
  • Formatting website pages with a strong eye for layout, spacing and user experience
  • Designing social media assets, carousels and digital graphics
  • Proofreading and sense-checking copy for grammar, tone, accuracy and flow
  • Supporting SEO implementation, including headings, metadata, internal links and content formatting using Semrush platform
  • Using AI tools thoughtfully to support research, content, analysis and workflow
  • Working with spreadsheets, data tracking, reporting and performance insights
  • Supporting Google Analytics and Google Search Console reporting
  • Helping keep client projects organised in Asana
  • Tracking actions, deadlines, goals and accountability across client work
  • Working across Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive and Calendar
  • Supporting Meta tools, Canva and wider digital marketing platforms
  • Following Neon Rocks processes carefully and helping improve them over time
  • Communicating clearly with the team about priorities, progress and blockers

What it feels like to work at Neon Rocks Agency:

Neon Rocks is a small, specialist agency with a high level of care for the work, the clients and each other. We are collaborative, transparent and accountable. Everyone knows what they are working on, what the priorities are, and where their work fits into the bigger picture. We use systems like Asana to keep things clear, not to micromanage. Organisation is how we protect the quality of the work and the calmness of the team.

Day to day, the role has a mix of collaboration and focused delivery. Some parts of the day are naturally conversational, discussing client projects, sharing ideas, sense-checking work and helping each other improve the output. At other times, the work needs deep focus. The right person will be comfortable switching between those modes, knowing when to collaborate and when to focus independently.

We take a huge amount of pride in what we do. Our standards are high because our clients rely on us to communicate carefully, accurately and professionally, often around sensitive topics. The right person will enjoy that level of responsibility and will be excited by the opportunity to learn our methodology, develop their skills and contribute to a team known for doing things properly.

We work hard during working hours, with focus and intention. We also respect boundaries. We do not believe in constant availability, late-night pressure or a culture where work bleeds into everything. When we are working, we work properly. When we are not, we switch off.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, detail-focused and reliable
  • Experienced in a digital marketing, website, content, design or similar role
  • Confident using Squarespace or similar website platforms
  • Visually strong, with a good eye for design, layout and spacing
  • Excellent with English grammar, proofreading and written detail
  • Comfortable using AI tools responsibly and intelligently
  • Confident with spreadsheets, data tracking and basic analysis
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive and Calendar
  • Confident using Canva
  • Comfortable using Meta tools and Meta Business Suite
  • Comfortable working with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Familiar with Asana or similar project management systems
  • Proactive, calm and accountable
  • Collaborative, respectful and open to feedback
  • Able to manage their own workload and focus within a busy agency environment
  • Genuinely excited by learning and upskilling within a specialist agency
  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive client information

Experience with Google Ads would be a strong advantage, but is not essential. This is a Brighton-based hybrid role. For the first few months, the role will be largely office-based while you learn our systems, clients, processes and way of working. Hybrid working may increase once the person is settled, confident and working well within the agency structure.

We are flexible, but our work requires focus, confidentiality and professionalism. Hybrid working means working from home or from a suitable private working environment, not from cafes or public spaces.

This role would suit someone who:

  • Wants to be part of a small, ambitious and thoughtful agency
  • Enjoys variety across websites, content, design, data and digital marketing
  • Likes clear systems and structured ways of working
  • Takes pride in doing work properly
  • Is excited by AI, data and improving how work gets done
  • Wants to grow within a specialist, high-standard agency
  • Values kindness, respect, transparency and accountability
  • Wants a serious role with proper work-life boundaries

This role is not right for someone who:

  • Wants a fully remote role from day one
  • Wants to work from cafes or public spaces
  • Is looking for a loosely structured creative role
  • Does not enjoy feedback, systems or shared accountability
  • Needs constant direction to stay productive
  • Is uncomfortable with data, spreadsheets or project tracking
  • Does not have strong written English
  • Is not interested in working with healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or professional service clients
