About the Job:
Working closely with the Strategy team, the Associate Brand Strategist is responsible for supporting the strategic output of the agency. At its core, the role is about understanding people’s behaviour and beliefs in order to define brands’ problems and objectives with the aim of providing our clients with a competitive advantage in the market.
Day in the Life:
- Conduct and share research to gain insights on markets, competitive environments, and target audiences for clients’ brands.
- Support Lead Planners in developing research briefs, observing research, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable next steps.
- Develop clear, impactful brand and communication strategies by simplifying complex insights.
- Assist in managing end-to-end projects, from brief analysis to strategy development, analytics, and reporting.
- Develop strategic relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and contributing to business growth.
- Support the writing of creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams to ensure the strategy is well understood and executed.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a brand/communications agency working with the strategy team (directly or indirectly)
- Genuine passion for people, communications strategy and the creative industry
- Resourceful problem solver with a creative flair
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
