We are seeking a skilled Roll Forming Machine Operator on behalf of one of our clients to support their growing production team. If you have hands-on experience in roll forming and are looking for a role where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are key, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Set and operate roll forming machines, presses, and ancillary equipment
  • Manufacture components to the correct output rate and report any issues impacting performance
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of produced parts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and quality records
  • Uphold strong 5S workplace organisation standards
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all Health & Safety protocols
  • Carry out additional duties as required

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week, 3 week rotating pattern (may vary):

  • Week 1: Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm, Friday 6am - 1pm
  • Week 2: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm, Fridays 1pm - 8pm
  • Week 3: Sunday to Wednesday 10pm - 6am & Thursday 10pm - 5am

Hourly pay rate - £13 per hour plus 22%/25% shift allowance.
