What Youll Do

Set and operate roll forming machines, presses, and ancillary equipment

Manufacture components to the correct output rate and report any issues impacting performance

Take full responsibility for the quality of produced parts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and quality records

Uphold strong 5S workplace organisation standards

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Follow all Health & Safety protocols

Carry out additional duties as required

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week, 3 week rotating pattern (may vary)
Week 1 Monday Thursday 6am 2pm Friday 6am 1pm
Week 2 – Monday Thursday 2pm 10pm Fridays 1pm 8pm
Week 3 -Sunday to Wednesday 10pm 6am & Thursday 10pm 5am
Hourly pay rate – £13 per hour plus 22%/25% shift allowance
