About the Role
Neon Contracts Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Industrial Warehouse Cleaner. As a Cleaning and Waste Operative, you will work within a warehouse environment as part of the cleaning and waste team. Your duties will include:
- General cleaning and tidying across warehouse areas, including washrooms and canteens
- Dusting, mopping, emptying bins, and cleaning restrooms/toilets
- Waste disposal management
- Using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and products
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is kept safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Responding quickly to client call-outs when required
- Following all Health & Safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience (warehouse or industrial setting desirable)
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team and flexibly
- Aware of Health & Safety standards (training provided)
- Right to Work in the UK is essential
