A well-established and growing organisation is seeking an organised and proactive

HR Administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their HR career within a busy and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including preparing offer letters, contracts of employment, and new starter documentation.

Carry out pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification and associated compliance requirements.

Support recruitment activities and liaise with external recruitment agencies where required.

Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a positive new starter experience.

Process employee leavers and support exit interview administration.

Maintain absence records and assist with return-to-work processes.

Create, update, and maintain accurate employee records within the HR system.

Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes.

Provide administrative support during employee relations meetings, including note-taking when required.

Ensure HR processes and documentation remain compliant with current legislation, company policies, and audit requirements.

Support wider HR initiatives and projects as directed by the senior HR team.

Undertake general HR administration duties as required.

This role offers variety and flexibility, and responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs and departmental objectives.

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Assistant, or similar support role.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point.

A sound understanding of GDPR principles and the importance of handling confidential information appropriately.

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.

A good understanding of UK employment legislation (desirable).

The ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
