They are now expanding production within their product range and are seeking an experienced Crosshead Extrusion Setter to join their growing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Report to a Team Leader and follow all allocated tasks and instructions
  • Set and operate Extrusion machines
  • Clean, maintain, and care for tools and equipment
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing raw materials and components to maintain quality standards
  • Keep production and quality records accurate and up to date
  • Maintain excellent 5S housekeeping within your work area
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Experience with Profile, tubes, conduit, coextruding.
  • Carry out additional duties as required

  • Solid experience setting and running extrusion corrugation machinery
  • Experience in profile extrusion setting and crosshead extrusion setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
