We are recruiting on behalf of our client for General Operatives to join a well-established powder coating manufacturer based in Tamworth (B79). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering full-time, ongoing work in a busy manufacturing environment.
Duties may include:
- Grinding and finishing metal components
- Operating extrusion machinery
- Loading and unloading products
- General production
- Quality checking finished products
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Following all health and safety procedures

- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
