The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-drivenSupply Plannerto join ourSupply Planning Teamwithin theOperations Departmentat NEOM. This full-time role is based in our Harrogate office and reports directly to theSenior Supply Planner.

As Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are available to meet business needs, translating demand into action. You’ll manage system parameters to convert our business demand plan into a clear and timely purchase plan, raising purchase orders with our manufacturing partners to keep everything flowing smoothly.

You’ll work closely with our manufacturers to schedule, produce and deliver stock, ensuring everything arriveson time and in full. You’ll also take ownership of inventory reconciliation across the supply chain, making sure our systems are aligned and any variances are investigated, resolved or escalated as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Review stock levels across all locations and raise purchase orders (POs) in line with demand.
  • Create requisitions for components required to manufacture finished goods once POs are issued.
  • Manage and progress the purchase of finished goods and components through to receipt, maintaining agreed stock and service levels.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting product availability and customer service.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and contractor teams to ensure timely and accurate stock updates in the system.
  • Reconcile stock across locations, investigate variances, and improve inventory controls.
  • Maintain and manage safety stock parameters to optimise inventory levels.
  • Track inventory against budget expectations and report on slow-moving or obsolete stock with action plans.
  • Provide weekly out-of-stock and risk reports to the business.
  • Monitor and manage the receipt of finished goods on the ERP system.
  • Identify supplier performance issues and work collaboratively to improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and proactively manage supply delays.
  • Ensure timely and accurate ERP updates for stock data and delivery dates.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience within supply, purchasing or demand planning.
  • Experience dealing with manufacturers and working to deadlines.
  • Experience using an ERP system and MRP systems
