We will be opening a NEW FLAGSHIP STORE in Central London and are looking for an experienced and inspiring Wellbeing Hub Supervisor to join the team! Are you an experienced supervisor passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and team development? We are seeking a Supervisor to work 30 hours per week at our new London flagship store.
Your responsibilities will include building a NEOM Wellbeing community, organizing memorable events, engaging in customer outreach, and fostering team growth. As a key team member, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations, from stock management to local business strategies. The role requires adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to work well under pressure. Availability on weekdays and weekends, with potential late nights and travel, is essential.

What You Will Do
- Oversee daily store operations and team management
- Drive sales, KPIs, and meet company objectives
- Handle targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
- Organise in-store and external events to promote NEOM
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional customer experience to promote wellbeing
- Identify opportunities to support community and environmental initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail supervisory experience, preferably in standalone stores
- Experience in the Health & Beauty industry
- Passion for wellbeing and customer service
- Attention to detail and team collaboration skills
- Alignment with NEOM values and interest in wellbeing
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- Commercial mindset with a focus on increasing store footfall
