Store Manager – NEOM Wellbeing, London White CityAre you an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering a supportive environment for your team? This full‐time, permanent role will put you at the head of a standalone store, building a unique NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering memorable events, and driving store performance while nurturing your team\’s growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales performance, KPIs, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting, and stock ordering.

Champion the NEOM brand by organising and supporting in‐store and field events, collaborating with local businesses and partners.

Recruit, train, and mentor your team with a strong focus on education, development, and wellbeing.

Deliver an unforgettable NEOM Wellbeing experience for every customer, inspiring positive lifestyle choices.

Develop and execute an annual events plan to support monthly activations and brand partnerships.

Identify opportunities to support our people and planet, including fundraising for our partnered charity through events and collaborations.

Lead community initiatives that promote inclusivity, volunteering, and local engagement.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years\’ experience managing a team, ideally in a standalone retail environment.

Proven background in the health and beauty industry.

Passion for wellbeing and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.

Commercially driven with a focus on increasing store footfall and brand presence.

Excellent attention to detail and high operational standards.

Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

IT‐literate, comfortable using MS Office, Excel and Google Drive.

Self‐motivated, able to multitask and work independently.

Aligned with NEOM\’s values and committed to community and wellbeing initiatives.
