We are looking for a full-time Supervisor with a passion for customer service to join our store in Guildford, working 37.5 hours per week. Your goal will be to offer an exceptional, welcoming, and genuine customer experience aligned with our brand values.
You should work well in a team, thrive under pressure, and adapt positively to change while maintaining professionalism. Availability for weekdays, weekends, and occasional late nights is required.
Ideal candidates will have retail management experience, a passion for health & wellbeing, and a desire to share wellbeing tips and advice with team and customers.
What You Will Do
- Co-responsibility for daily store operations
- Drive sales and achieve company objectives
- Assist with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reporting
- Support stock management and deliveries
- Own the store and team in the Store Manager's absence
- Lead by example and support daily team tasks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, and visual merchandising
- Organize and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM
- Train current and new team members
- Contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Retail Supervisor
- Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry
- A passion for wellbeing
- Strong customer service skills and ability to inspire colleagues
