The Role
Join NEOM Wellbeing as our Product Manager, leading new product development (NPD) across home fragrance, body care, skincare and gifting from formulation and packaging through to shelf, based from either our London or Harrogate office.
You'll turn market insight and sustainability innovation into 100% naturally fragranced products that deliver on our four pillars: less stress, better sleep, more energy, mood boosts.
You'll own projects end-to-end, managing critical paths, supplier relationships and commercial performance working closely with Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial and Operations.
It's a hands-on role with real accountability, at a brand scaling fast on the back of genuine wellbeing impact.

What You Will Do
- Own on-time delivery of NPD/EPD launches across categories, managing CPAs through copy, design, legal, artwork, samples and testing
- Feed into the NPD Gate process and pipeline using market, trend and customer insight
- Create product briefs and source componentry, packaging and formulations with suppliers
- Track commercial performance of new and existing products, ensuring margin targets are met
- Support strategic growth via PD exclusives, limited editions, bespoke sizes and partnerships
- Coordinate samples for photography, press and retail; produce internal Product Information Manuals
- Recommend retail pricing and compile costings against target margins/RRPs
- 2+ years' experience in Product Development or similar
- Track record of on-time, on-budget delivery, including CPA management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter confident pitching ideas and tackling problems proactively
- Genuine passion for product, wellbeing and the brand
- Strong communicator and confident presenter
- Commercial acumen: costing, margins, budget tracking
- Comfortable with Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Experience in beauty, personal care or home fragrance categories (desirable not essential)
