We're growing our social team and looking for a creative, community-first thinker to join us, based from our London or Harrogate office. You'll own the day-to-day management of NEOM Wellbeing's global social channels, creating and scheduling content, jumping on trends in real time, managing our Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel, and hosting community events that bring our brand to life beyond the screen.

If you have 1-2 years of social media experience, a genuine passion for the wellbeing and lifestyle space, and you're as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it, we'd love to hear from you. This is a hands-on role with real scope: you'll be feeding insights back to the business, turning customers into advocates, and helping shape a community that genuinely loves what we do.

What You Will Do
  • Plan, create and schedule social content across organic channels, jumping on real-time trends and cultural moments to keep NEOM showing up authentically.
  • Produce and edit platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Own daily community management across all channels, including our Global Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel.
  • Monitor sentiment, track KPIs and feed actionable insights back to the Brand, Product and Marketing teams.
  • Nurture our most engaged community members and brand advocates, driving meaningful participation and user-generated content.
  • Plan and host community events in-store and at external venues, supporting influencer experiences in partnership with PR.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, PR, CRM and the Wellbeing Hub to ensure consistency across everything we do.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years Social Media experience.
  • Comfortable supporting direction while owning hands-on execution.
  • Proven experience using CapCut or similar to edit TikToks and Reels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a positive, growth mindset.
  • Proven experience with building and nurturing a community.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in social reporting tools (e.g. Dash Hudson or similar).
  • Genuine passion for the wellbeing, beauty or lifestyle space with enthusiasm for the NEOM brand world.
