We're growing our social team and looking for a Senior Social Content Executive to join us in London or Harrogate. This is a role for a true content creator, someone who shoots, edits and delivers premium scroll‐stopping social content with a sharp eye for what performs and a genuine passion for the beauty and wellbeing space.

You'll have real creative ownership, turning campaign briefs and cultural moments into visually elevated, platform‐native content across TikTok and Instagram while managing creator partnerships and keeping NEOM at the forefront of social. What You Will Do

  • Concept, shoot and edit social‐first short‐form video and still content across TikTok and Instagram, balancing performance with visually elevated brand storytelling.
  • Manage and deliver smaller–scale social shoots end‐to‐end, from shot lists and creator coordination through to content capture.
  • Turn campaign launches, product moments, retail activations and cultural trends into distinctive, platform‐native content.
  • Step in front of the camera yourself when needed, representing NEOM with warmth, authenticity and energy.
  • Own our creator ecosystem, building and managing a pipeline of creators and UGC partners, and running the platforms that keep content output scaling.
  • Brief, contract and manage content creator partnerships from start to finish.
  • Stay ahead of trends, sounds and formats, applying them thoughtfully to keep NEOM's content feeling fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Test new creative approaches and AI‐enabled tools, sharing platform insights with the wider team.
  • Support day‐to‐day social channel management and monthly content calendar planning.
  • Track content performance regularly, using data and social listening to refine creative direction and improve engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in social media and content, with hands‐on TikTok and Instagram experience across social‐first, creator‐style and elevated brand storytelling.
  • Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar, comfortable shooting on mobile, appearing on camera and directing talent and creators on set.
  • Exceptional creative judgement, strong visual taste and a commercial understanding of how great content builds brand desire.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Confident using social reporting tools (e.g. Dash Hudson) to translate performance data into actionable insight.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a positive growth mindset and the confidence to take initiative.
  • Genuine passion for the wellbeing, beauty or lifestyle space and a love for the NEOM brand world.
  • Flexibility to support events and brand activations outside of standard hours.
  • Experience working with a beauty, fragrance or wellbeing brand and UGC creators (desirable).
  • Knowledge of paid social and creative testing frameworks (desirable).
