Head of Marketing Activation
NEOM Wellbeing is looking for a Head of Marketing Activation to lead how our brand shows up across retail partners (online and offline), PR and advocacy, and in real‐life customer experiences.
The Role
This role leads NEOM\’s end‐to‐end go‐to‐market strategy, bringing together retail marketing, PR/advocacy, experiential, and TTM campaign activation under one cohesive vision. You will work with the Commercial, Brand and Content teams to turn brand and commercial ambition into standout launches, spiky brand moments, and beautifully executed omni‐channel campaigns that build equity and drive conversion in the omni‐channel business.

What You Will Do
Lead NEOM\’s Go‐To‐Market strategy across all channels including retail, wholesale, Amazon, QVC, and Travel Retail.
Translate brand and commercial goals into unified, cross‐channel marketing plans and launch toolkits.
Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring timely, cohesive execution across digital, PR, retail and experiential touchpoints.
Manage marketing performance and investment across third‐party and owned retail channels.
Activate PR, influencer and advocacy plans to drive earned media and brand buzz.
Monitor KPIs and optimise campaigns using insights and partner data.
Identify and deliver strategic brand partnerships that amplify NEOM\’s wellness mission.
Lead and develop the Marketing Activation team, fostering collaboration and excellence across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
10+ years\’ experience in marketing, with deep expertise in go‐to‐market activation and campaign execution.
Proven track record leading omni‐channel marketing across retail partners (physical + digital).
Experience owning or leading retail/channel marketing for premium consumer brands, working closely with education, commercial and wider marketing teams.
Strong understanding of PR, advocacy and earned media, with experience managing or working with PR and influencer functions to drive KPIs such as Reach, EMV and brand buzz.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‐performing teams, collaborating with senior stakeholders across brand, commercial and creative.
Commercially minded, with the ability to bridge brand storytelling and trading objectives to deliver measurable impact.
Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is desirable.
Experience working with large retail partners, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) or TV shopping is desirable but not required.
