This isn't your average retail role. As a Keyholder at our NEOM Wellbeing Hub in Bicester Village, you'll be one of the people who set the tone, lead by example and create an experience that stays with every customer long after they leave. Working 21 hours across 3 to 4 days, you'll bring warmth and confidence to every interaction and show up with calm energy and real presence, even when it gets busy.

As part of the Bicester Village destination, flexibility is key. You'll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, with late nights until 9:30pm as part of the mix. We're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes wellbeing, not because it's on trend, but because it matters to you, and you love sharing that with others.

What You Will Do

  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Drive forward sales and company objectives
  • Assist the team and Store Management with daily tasks
  • Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet and our people
  • Work on initiatives and be super proactive
  • Maintain company standards at all times
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
