Are you an entrepreneurial Counter Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience? In this full‑time, permanent role, you'll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable events for customers, and working on customer outreach.
As a key member of the retail team, you'll oversee all aspects of your store from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and clever business planning. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales and Education, you have the power to make a difference to not only your counter but the wider business as well.
This role requires someone available to work weekdays and weekends; late nights and travel to other stores and events may also be required.
