The Role

Are you an entrepreneurial Counter Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and an exceptional experience for your team? In this part‑time, permanent role you will be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable events for customers, and working on customer outreach, all while promoting the learning and development of your team. As a key member of the retail team, you will oversee all aspects of your store from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and clever business planning. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Education, you have the power to make a difference not only to your store, but to the wider business as well. This role requires someone available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights, travel to other stores, and events may be required.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of a counter
  • Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
  • Complete targets, rotas, and weekly reports
  • Organise and support in‑store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand while working with partnering businesses
  • Always provide the highest standard of NEOM customer experience in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet, fundraise for our partnered charity through in‑store events and/or brand partnerships
  • Lead and champion our community initiatives, providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering your store’s local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment

Requirements

  • A love of customer service and the ability to translate this to inspire your colleagues
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team

  • Experience in the Health & Beauty industry
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team, ideally in a department store environment
