NEOM Wellbeing in Bicester Village is seeking a Keyholder to set the tone in store, lead by example and create an exceptional customer experience.

You'll work 21 hours across 3-4 days, with flexibility for weekdays and weekends, and late nights until 9:30pm in busy periods.

You'll bring warmth and confidence to every interaction, live our wellbeing values, support the team, drive sales, and help maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.
