We will be opening a NEW FLAGSHIP STORE in Central London and are looking for an experienced and inspiring Wellbeing Hub Assistant Manager to join the team! Are you an entrepreneurial Assistant Store Manager passionate about delivering exceptional customer and team experiences? In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, hosting unforgettable customer events, and engaging in customer outreach, all while fostering your team’s learning and development.
As a key member of the retail team, you will oversee all aspects of your store from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and business planning. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Education, you will influence both your store and the broader business. This role requires flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with potential late nights and travel to other stores and events.

What You Will Do
- Manage daily operations of a standalone store and team alongside the store manager
- Drive sales, KPIs, and achieve company objectives
- Handle targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reports
- Organize and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM and collaborate with partners
- Recruit, develop, and mentor team members focusing on training and education
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences to inspire wellbeing
- Identify opportunities to support staff and planetary wellbeing, including fundraising and brand partnerships
- Lead community initiatives, volunteer programs, and foster an inclusive environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an assistant store manager or flagship store supervisor, ideally in a standalone environment
- Experience in the Health & Beauty industry
- Passion for wellbeing and customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
