The Role
NEOM Wellbeing is seeking a Keyholder to join our team at the Brent Cross Shopping Centre for a part-time position of 15 hours per week. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store reflects the NEOM brand’s commitment to wellbeing.
Your role will require you to demonstrate proficiency in managing store operations, including the responsibilities associated with opening and closing the store and supporting the store management team in daily operational tasks. You must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and, when necessary, late nights.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and contribute to achieving company objectives.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Support the team and store management with operational duties.
- Assist with stock management, including unloading deliveries and inventory organization.
- Ensure adherence to company standards regarding housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive.
