A 3 Month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extending for a further 3 months depending on the demands of the business. The role:

  • Source, attract and engage high quality talent across a range of vacancies across all site functions.
  • Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Global ATS system (TribePad) and other recruitment tools to proactively build and engage with a diverse pipeline of candidates for future vacancies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders across the division, offering talent advice and guidance where appropriate.
  • Assist with the development of job descriptions and advertisements to support the direct sourcing strategy.
  • Support the implementation of employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Manage interview arrangements and other general recruitment administration.
  • You will have the ability to work on a number of vacancies simultaneously and meet time to hire expectations.
  • Maintain databases, reports and records as agreed with the HR Business Partner.
  • Liaise with external agency suppliers where necessary and manage external recruitment processes on behalf of the hiring manager.
  • Work with external stakeholders e.g. schools and colleges to promote early career opportunities.
  • Use creative and innovative methods to source and attract hard to find talent for technical and niche vacancies.

About You:

  • Must have a minimum of 12-18 months experience within Recruitment or HR with a proven track record of resourcing, recruiting and onboarding.
  • Accurate English spelling and grammar within all written documentation/adverts.
  • Ability to increase quality of hire measured through improved retention rates.
  • Reduced time to offer/time to hire.
  • Maintain a direct hire rate of 80% and above.
