We are looking for a dynamic Part Time Sales Assistant (22.5hrs) who has a passion and flair for wellbeing, and a commitment to delivering fantastic customer experience, who is welcoming and genuine to support our brand in John Lewis, Kingston on a 6-month fixed term contract.
As an experienced Sales Assistant, you will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily so that you can create an exceptional inviting customer experience on your counter. You should have a strong focus on your team, leading and motivating them, treating everyone equally and with honesty and kindness.
In this role you will:
- Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times on Counter to inspire wellbeing
- Drive forward sales and company objectives
- Assist the Counter Management with daily tasks
- Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet & our people
- Work on initiative and be super proactive
- Maintain company standards at all times
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld

Requirements:
- A love of customer service and to be able to translate this to inspire your colleagues
- Self motivator and be able to maintain impeccable standards on Counter
- Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect
- Able to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work retail hours - which can include weekends and evenings
- Retail experience within beauty/wellness environment
- Confidence in the use of MS Office, Excel and Google Drive
