We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to bring NEOM’s global social presence to life. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of NEOM’s global social channels and the growth of our community across owned platforms. With strong platform knowledge and a finger on the pulse of social trends, the Social Media and Community Executive helps drive best in class engagement, spark two-way conversations and build a loyal global community.

From supporting campaign launches and identifying cultural moments to creating content and managing community interactions, this role plays a key part in ensuring NEOM shows up creatively, consistently and authentically across every social platform. Reporting to our Senior Brand & Social Content Manager, this role is ideal for someone within commutable distance of our London or Harrogate office to collaborate closely with the Brand & Social Content team.

What Will You Do

  • Manage our social content planning, writing engaging social copy and scheduling across organic channels to expertly execute our social strategy.
  • Develop and execute social-first, trend-led content ideas that feel culturally relevant and on-brand.
  • Brief designers and support content creation for organic, paid and CRM, including platform-specific edits.
  • Confidently create content both behind and in front of the camera, including at shoots and brand events.
  • Lead daily community management across social media channels (priority channels: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook) answering DMs, replying to comments, engaging on UGC and being the hybrid between community & customer care.
  • Grow and manage the Global Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel, including content planning, writing copy and moderation.
  • Monitor sentiment, capture insights and share themes that inform content and wider business decisions.
  • Track and report on key social and community KPIs to support continual growth and optimisation.
  • Pre-seed products and work with ambassadors and creators to support campaign launches and authentic reviews.
  • Support community events, including planning, hosting, logistics and post-event feedback.
  • Support Senior Brand & Social Content Manager with management of community panel that fosters feedback loop between customers and Product Development.
  • Manage social admin such as creator invoicing, product send-outs and coordination with Design, PR, CRM and Wellbeing Hub teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in Social Media, with proven ability to manage channels and create platform-first content.
  • Experience building and nurturing engaged online communities across multiple social platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident editing TikToks and Reels using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools (such as Dash) to track performance and insights.
  • High-energy, proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, ‘start-up’ style environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, growth-driven mindset and willingness to get stuck in.
