As Tax Manager - EMEA & APAC, you will oversee corporate tax and VAT/indirect tax for approximately 20 legal entities, working closely with senior stakeholders, regional finance teams and external advisors. This is an opportunity to apply your technical skills in a complex international environment, contribute to robust tax governance, and support an organisation with global reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate external accounting firms in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and year-end tax provisions for entities across EMEA and APAC.
- Oversee all corporate tax and VAT/indirect tax reporting and compliance requirements (including Pillar 2, CbCR and equivalent APAC obligations), ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Support and review intercompany.
