We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to lead the development of robust, scalable applications and APIs within our growing platform. You will work closely with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to design backend systems, build frontend components, and deploy serverless services on AWS.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact features, improving architectural patterns, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead fullstack development using PHP Laravel, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks.
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs.
- Build serverless backend systems with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS.
- Oversee infrastructure as code using Terraform, and implement robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Monitor and optimise performance using CloudWatch and AWS best practices.
- Enforce secure coding and system design practices, including access management and data protection compliance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new features.
- Review code, provide technical mentorship, and support team growth.
- Backend: PHP (Laravel), MySQL, RESTful API design
- Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with React, Vue.js or Angular preferred
- Cloud & DevOps:
- AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, SQS, SNS

- Comfortable working with infrastructure tools like Terraform
- Solid understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead development efforts
