Aurora Avionics is an ambitious Edinburgh-based space technology company developing advanced electronic systems for next-generation spacecraft. As the company continues to grow, we're looking to speak with talented Hardware Engineers who want to work on genuinely challenging technology and have real ownership over what they design and build.

This is a hands-on engineering role spanning the full hardware development lifecycle from initial requirements and architecture through detailed electronic design, prototyping, testing, verification and ultimately flight-ready hardware.

As a Hardware Engineer at Aurora Avionics, you'll design and develop complex electronic systems, working closely with the wider engineering team to turn requirements into robust, reliable hardware. This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit completed designs. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems and can demonstrate genuine depth in electronic hardware development.
