Position Summary
NeoDyne are recruiting an Apprentice Engineer to join our System Integration or Transmission & Distribution team. This Apprenticeship opportunity is offered as a full-time permanent contract, based at our Chesterfield Office, with an excellent salary and benefits package. What does the Apprenticeship involve?
Our Apprenticeship is all about learning new and developing your existing skills. Over a two-year period, you will be placed in projects where you get to do meaningful work and contribute to the business.
- Integration and Digital Manufacturing: Digital and Technology Solutions Apprenticeship. Within Integration and Digital Manufacturing, we partner with leading global technology companies, including AVEVA, Siemens, Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric, to deliver complex system integration and operational transformation across a wide range of industries.
- Transmission and Distribution: Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology Apprenticeship. Within our Transmission & Distribution team, we design substations from 20kV to 220kV and contestable build and non-contestable stations in the range of 40 to 550MVA CCGT.

- 70% On-the-job Learning: You'll get stuck in from Day 1, working on real projects, delivering real business value to our customers both on- and off-site.
- 20% Learning from others: You'll be part of a team, working with subject matter experts and interacting with our customers daily.
- 10% Formal Education: We'll help you become an expert in your chosen field, backed up by formal e-learning and classroom training.
Experience & skills Required
- Full UK driving license and car, OR must be achieved within the first 3 years of employment.
