We are a fast-growing cloud communications provider focused on delivering hosted telephony, SIP, and communications solutions through the channel. We pride ourselves on building genuine long-term relationships with our partners by offering hands-on support, flexible commercials, and responsive service.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to help onboard new partners, strengthen existing relationships, and support continued growth across the channel. The Channel Manager will play a key role in developing and managing partner relationships across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with both new and existing partners to support onboarding, account development, training, and ongoing growth opportunities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with channel experience who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively with partners to help them succeed.
- Conduct regular partner meetings both remotely and on-site
- Assist with partner training and onboarding processes
- Work closely with internal sales, engineering, and development teams
- Identify opportunities for growth across hosted telephony, SIP, connectivity, and mobile solutions
- Help drive adoption of our new products and services
- Support commercial discussions and proposal development where required
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with partners
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel regularly to partner meetings and to our Belfast HQ when required
- Knowledge of CRM and telecoms platforms
