Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Telecoms Installation Engineer to their technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern technologies including hosted telephony, Wi Fi, networking and structured cabling, while joining a company that genuinely invests in its people.
The Role You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations and technical support for business customers across a range of cloud communications and network infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include: Installing CAT5e/CAT6 structured cabling Installing and configuring hosted/Vo IP telephone systems Deploying Wi Fi access points and wireless networks Installing and configuring managed switches and routers Fault finding and troubleshooting telecoms and network issues Providing occasional remote technical support and service desk cover Completing installation documentation and updating CRM/ticketing systems Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout each project What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in several of the following: Hosted or cloud telephone system...
