A fast-growing UK technology business specialising in cloud communications, customer engagement platforms and AI-driven solutions is looking for a commercially minded and technically hands-on CTO to lead its next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can shape technology strategy, build scalable products, lead engineering teams and work closely with commercial leadership to bring innovative solutions to market. The business operates within the UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS space, delivering advanced cloud-based communication and customer engagement solutions using modern cloud infrastructure, AI technologies and secure payment integrations.
The Role
You will take ownership of the company’s technology vision, product roadmap and engineering capability, helping drive the next generation of customer engagement and communications products. This role combines strategic leadership with strong technical understanding and customer-facing involvement.

- Define and lead the overall technology and product strategy
- Build and scale a high-performing product development function
