MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Salary: £45,000, depending on experience
Southampton - Office Based
THE ROLE
We need an AI-native marketing all-rounder who can take a product from idea to pipeline on their own.
You will work across the whole company, generating leads and growing our SaaS products, including Olatti, unified communications, and Quenta, receipt-to-Xero automation, plus new apps as we launch them.
This is not a senior strategy seat. It is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to do everything, learn fast and grow into a specialism as the team builds around them.
You will work directly with the founder.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
WORK IN AI ALL DAY
Claude is your default tool for research, copy, campaign builds, analysis and automation. You find faster ways to do everything.
CREATE CONTENT
Write, design, shoot and edit content for LinkedIn, YouTube, email, landing pages and paid ads across several brands.
RUN GTM ENGINEERING
Build and run Clay tables, enrichment workflows and outbound sequences that turn target accounts into booked conversations.
OWN EMAIL MARKETING
Manage cold outbound and branded lifecycle email, from list building and copy through to deliverability and reporting.
DESIGN
Produce clean, on-brand ads, social graphics, landing pages and sales material without waiting on a designer.
RUN PAID
Plan, launch and optimise pay-per-click campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
MEASURE EVERYTHING
Set up tracking, read the analytics, report what is working, and move budget and effort accordingly.
GENERATE LEADS
Deliver a qualified pipeline and sign-ups for our SaaS products, and work closely with sales to convert them.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Around two years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS or tech
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools. You live in Claude and can show us what you have built or shipped with it
• Very strong with computers. You pick up new software in an afternoon and are comfortable with automations, spreadsheets, APIs and no-code tools
• Working experience of Clay or similar tools for enrichment and outbound sequencing
• A creative eye and real design ability in Figma, Canva or similar
• Practical experience running paid campaigns and reading analytics such as GA4, Mixpanel or PostHog
• Strong writing: clear, short and persuasive
• A personal brand. Your own socials are active and in good order, and you treat them as a place to test ideas
• An obsession with marketing that goes beyond the day job. You follow what is working, try it yourself and have opinions about it
• A performance mindset with a commercial edge. You care about leads, revenue and results, not just output
• Hunger. You want ownership, move fast and do not need to be told what to do next
