About the Opportunity
Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting UK trained Family Physicians and Specialist Physicians to support primary care clinics and specialty practices across the province of Ontario. These opportunities are ideal for physicians currently practicing in the United Kingdom who are interested in relocating to Ontario and transitioning into a Canadian practice environment. Physicians must be eligible for registration and practice in Ontario through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) via an applicable pathway for internationally trained physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality patient care within your scope of practice, aligned with Ontario standards and clinic policies.
- Deliver comprehensive care for acute issues, chronic disease management, and preventive care, where applicable.
- Order and interpret investigations, make referrals, and coordinate care with specialists and allied health providers.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and participate in clinic quality and safety processes.
- Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, empathy, and evidence informed care.
- Work collaboratively with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, patient centered service delivery.
Qualifications
- MD degree with UK clinical training and experience (GMC GP registration and UK practice experience strongly preferred).
- Eligibility for CPSO registration (independent practice or applicable supervised/provisional pathway, depending on specialty and role).
- For specialists, appropriate UK specialist training and credentials (CCT or equivalent) aligned to Ontario registration pathways.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient first approach.
- Comfort working in a structured clinic setting, including EMR documentation.
Compensation
Typical earning potential ranges from $400,000 to $800,000 CAD annually depending on specialty, model of practice, and desired workload.
