We are looking for an enthusiastic Curriculum Developer to create engaging, hands-on online training courses, videos, and technical content that educate and empower Neo4j users of all experience levels. Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality technical content (courses, videos, sample applications, diagrams) using existing Neo4j Documentation.
- Identify gaps in the course catalog, develop courses to cover them, and build clear learning paths for different graph use cases.
- Provide feedback on Neo4j offerings and course catalog to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with the distributed Developer Relations, Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and R&D teams.
- Be comfortable expressing complex subject matter clearly and simply, and working on camera.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- A background in education or technical writing.
- Able to demonstrate experience creating video content that uses visual aids to break complex content down into easy-to-understand content.
- Ability to research and develop training materials for users of all ability levels.
- An empathy for users and their learning experience.
- A strong command of the English language (writing and speaking).
- Experience working remotely.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and GenAI frameworks.
- Experience with software development, databases, data engineering, or machine learning.
