Neo Studios is looking for a Documentary Casting Producer to join our team on an award winning Sports Documentary Series based in Wrexham, North Wales. The successful candidate will have strong experience casting members of the general public for factual programmes and excellent writing skills and proven social media casting experience.
Location: Must be based in North Wales or the North West of England, working mainly from the Wrexham Production Office.
Dates: 3rd August 2026 - December 2026 (inclusive) - with the possibility to extend.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure with sometimes a very tight turn around.
- Experience working on sports or sports-adjacent content preferred.
- Experience self shooting and cutting casting tapes.
- Excellent writing skills and proven social media casting experience.
- Excellent contributor sourcing and development skills.
- Confident interviewing and strong storytelling instincts.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
