We are recruiting an Operations Support Assistant for a leading aerospace and defence supplier in West Lothian. This is an entry-level role designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn, grow, and explore different areas of a business. No degree required; attitude matters most. If you do have a degree, please note this is an early-career role with a £20k starting salary or minimum wage for those 21 or above.
You will rotate across areas including:

Full training is provided both on-site and through external development.
